Criados com a republica\u00e7\u00e3o da Norma Regulamentadora n\u00ba 7 pela Portaria SSST n\u00ba 24, em 1994, esperava-se que, ap\u00f3s tr\u00eas d\u00e9cadas, o conhecimento e a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o dessas ferramentas estivessem, no m\u00ednimo, consolidados. \ud835\udddf\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddf1\ud835\uddfc \ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddfb\ud835\uddf4\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddfb\ud835\uddfc.<\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Um artigo recente na \ud835\ude19\ud835\ude26\ud835\ude37\ud835\ude2a\ud835\ude34\ud835\ude35\ud835\ude22 \ud835\ude09\ud835\ude33\ud835\ude22\ud835\ude34\ud835\ude2a\ud835\ude2d\ud835\ude26\ud835\ude2a\ud835\ude33\ud835\ude22 \ud835\ude25\ud835\ude26 \ud835\ude14\ud835\ude26\ud835\ude25\ud835\ude2a\ud835\ude24\ud835\ude2a\ud835\ude2f\ud835\ude22 \ud835\ude25\ud835\ude30 \ud835\ude1b\ud835\ude33\ud835\ude22\ud835\ude23\ud835\ude22\ud835\ude2d\ud835\ude29\ud835\ude30, publica\u00e7\u00e3o trimestral da ANAMT, desvendou uma realidade alarmante. E a situa\u00e7\u00e3o fica ainda mais premente quando os achados se referem a \ud835\udde3\ud835\uddd6\ud835\udde0\ud835\udde6\ud835\udde2\ud835\ude00 \ud835\uddf2 \ud835\uddd4\ud835\udde6\ud835\udde2\ud835\ude00, documentos essenciais, e n\u00e3o a avalia\u00e7\u00f5es ergon\u00f4micas preliminares ou riscos psicossociais, por exemplo.<\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Diante de um cen\u00e1rio t\u00e3o desolador, a pergunta que fica \u00e9: quais institui\u00e7\u00f5es ter\u00e3o a coragem (ou aud\u00e1cia) de pedir um \ud835\uddee\ud835\uddf1\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddfa\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddfb\ud835\ude01\ud835\uddfc na elabora\u00e7\u00e3o e continuidade de PCMSOs e ASOs? Afinal, pelo visto, as empresas precisam de \ud835\ude2e\ud835\ude22\ud835\ude2a\ud835\ude34 \ud835\ude35\ud835\ude26\ud835\ude2e\ud835\ude31\ud835\ude30 para se &#8220;preparar&#8221; para algo que existe h\u00e1 30 anos.
